Grey Tuesday

I have heard the Grey Album, it is amazingly good. Seems that a lot of people think that EMI is overstepping the bounds by sending out the letters. It is there job to protect the Beatles rights, although I am not sure how DJ mix tapes are represented in the case though. I mean the people at eBay selling the CD are breaking the law that is clear, I just do not know to what extent the people who plan on posting the mp3s are responsible though and I think EMI may be oversteppign there bounds on that one. Will be interesting to see how it plays out. Grey Tuesday
