One of the best concerts I have ever been to in my life was at the Tabernacle here in Atlanta to see Muse. It was good friends, good brew and VERY good music. Although we have toned it down in recent years the wife and I have been to tons of shows and some people just have a flair for performing live and some don't. Some people also just have off nights. I usually don't try to judge an artist's live act until hearing at least 2 shows. H.A.A.R.P. the bands live release CD/DVD is just absolutely phenomenal and shows off why I think that in about 10 years people will figure out that Muse has been underestimated here in the states. They are going to influence tons of artists.
The pic above is Ava Cyan dancing to Knights of Cydonia with the "crowd" it was too good to pass up for not posting. When she was in womb my wife listened to Starlight and sang it to her at least once a day, so while some kids get Bach or Beethoven she was growing to ethereal distortion. It shows.
If you enjoy Muse in the least bit, pick up this live album. The second disk to Hullabaloo wasn't bad, but it doesn't hold a candle to this show. Seriously good stuff.
