We Called The Dog Indiana...

I am sick as a dog today, and I feel like I was hit by a dump truck, regardless, this really lifted my spirits:

I had always assumed Shia was going to be playing a Young Indy, seems as though they are in the same scenes at times which is cool. I assume he will be heir the throne. I really liked him in Transformers and thought he actually did a really good job. I hope this might be a continuation of the franchise after this. I enjoyed Sean Patrick Flannery as Young Indy in the small screen stint, I would really enjoy a continuation of the franchise with a new character though.

I am the only person in the world who does not get the Shia Lebouf thing. I just don't see what is appealing about the guy as an actor. But everyone says he is going to be the next big star. I dont think he is terrible or anything, just run of the mill. Someone must know something because he keeps landing these blockbuster roles.

Oh yeah, I have been sick as a dog too. I lost 3 notches on my belt in 2 days. In fact, I am down the last set of holes. And this is where I make my stand, I simply refuse to punch new holes and I don't care how saggy my jeans get. If my body insists on losing weight, then I will not acknowledge it as such. To acknowledge it would seem like I am condoning this behavior. I trust that it will eventually come to its senses and realize how foolish this is, and how little good it is doing either of us.

With regards to him in Transformers (the only thing off the top of my head that I can remember him in that I have seen) I think the big thing for me was that the script written for that character was beging for cheeseyness, some of the lines were extremely cheesy and I think if they had been delivered by (say Hayden Christensen) I just would have groaned like in Episode 2, be he actually delivered them with some panache and had me actually laughing at some points where as other actors wouldn't have.
